History answers "what actually happened" for anyone who needs to check — a decision, a plan change, a new member joining, a file shared.
Filtering
Use Everything, Approvals, Plan, People, or Files to narrow the feed to one kind of event. You only ever see entries your role already has access to — History doesn't grant visibility into anything you couldn't otherwise see, it just makes what you can see easy to review in order.
Nothing is ever edited or deleted
Every row is permanent. If something needs correcting, a new entry is added that points back at the one it fixes — the note at the bottom of the feed says exactly that. This is deliberate: it's what makes History trustworthy as a record, especially for anything touching a guardian's consent or a coach's decision.
Opening the source
Open on any row takes you to the actual thing that changed — the work item, the membership, the file — so History is a way into the rest of the app, not a dead end.
